摘    要:分析了塑料模具常用的侧向分型与抽芯结构,分析了长套管的工艺特点,从优化模具结构、降低模具成本出发,介绍了一种用于长套管生产的长侧抽芯机构注射模的结构及工作过程.该模具用于长套管类需要长侧抽芯的塑料件生产可使生产成本大幅度降低.

Abstract:The commonly-used side core-pulling mechanisms of the mould were analized.The technological characteristics of the long-pipe were analized.In order to get optimal mold structure and lower cost,the structure and working process of the injection mould with long side core-pulling for the long casing pipe were introduced.The mould applied to the production of the plastic parts like the long casing pipe which needed long side core-pulling could greatly decrease the cost.
