摘    要:以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为基膜材料,以羧基化碳纳米管(c-CNT)为添加剂,采用浸没沉淀相转化法制备了一种新颖的PVA/c-CNT复合超滤膜.考察了c-CNT的用量对膜力学性能、水通量、截留率及耐污染性能的影响.结果表明,当c-CNT用量为2份时,复合超滤膜的拉伸性能、水通量、截留率均达到最佳,膜的抗污染能力得到提高.分别...

Abstract:Using polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) as the basic material,the carboxyl carbon nanotubes(c-CNT) as additive,a novel PVA/c-CNT composed ultrafiltration membrane was fabricated by the immersion precipitating phase inversion process.The effects of c-CNT content on the performances of membranes were investigated,such as mechanical property,water flux,the removal efficiency and anti-fouling characteristics.The results showed that the tensile properties,water flux and removal efficiency achieved optimum when c-CNT content was 2 phr,the ability of membrane anti-fouling was improved.Methyl orange and methyl violet,which were representative of azo dyes and triphenylmethane dyes waste water,were as model compounds in order to investigate the adsorption performance of the composed ultrafiltration membrane to dye waste water.The results showed that the adsorption effect was great.The PVA/c-CNT composed ultrafiltration membrane.It could be used to treat industrial dyes waste water.
