摘    要:提出了一种采用线性跨导输入级的Rail-to-Rail运算放大器,输入级的跨导基本实现了与共模输入 电压无关,而只与工艺参数和工作电压有关。采用了复合晶体管的设计,使管NMOS和等效PMOS的电学参数一致,摈弃了由于PMOS及NMOS的不一致性而采取的补偿措施。输出级采用甲乙类CMOS结构,实现了输出的Rail-to-Rail。

Abstract:In this paper,we put forward a type of Rail to Rail operational amplifier using linear transconductance input stage.The transconductance of input stage is almost not related to the common mode input voltage,but only depends on the processing parameters and operating voltage.Moreover,adoption of the design of composite transistor lead to both uniforming the electric parameters in equivalent NMOS and PMOS,and disgarding the compensational measures due to the diffferences between PMOS and NMOS.All these make simple design feasible.In output stage we use the Class AB CMOS structure,realizing Rail to Rail in it.
