摘    要:在单因素试验的基础上,采用四因素四水平正交试验设计测试WFX-120原子吸收分光光度计测定铜的操作参数。依据L16(45)正交表,得出最佳工作条件为灯电流1.6 mA、乙炔流量/空气流量1.0/6.5 L/min、狭缝宽度0.4 mm、燃烧器高度5 mm。

Abstract:On the base of the single factor experiment,optimum operation conditions of determinating the copper ion by flame atomic absorption were researched by means of orthogonal test with four factors and four levels.In the orthogonal layout of L_(16)(4~5),the results show that optimum operation conditions of determinating the copper ion by flame atomic absorption on WFX-120 atomic absorption spectrometer are that lamp current is 1.6mA,width of slit is 0.4mm,height of the burnet 5mm and the ratio of flowing of acetylene to flow of air 1.0/6.5 L/min.
