摘    要:为适应现代压力机的需要,设计了一种基于AT89C51单片机的编程控制系统。系统具有工作载荷采集显示、温度控制点的显示报警以及加工产品产量统计显示等功能,并可用PROTEUS软件对系统进行仿真。系统结构简单、价格低廉,适应机床数控化、自动化、集成化发展的需要。

Abstract:A new type of monitoring display system based on the AT89C51microcontroller has been designed for crank press.The simulation by use of PROTEUS software tools has been proved that the system fulfills the functions such as collection and real-time display of working load & temperature of controlled points,overload alarm and counting display of processed products.The system is simple in structure and low in cost,which meets the demands of press's evolution trend to a numerical control,automated and integrated ...
