摘    要:对ZD4800/18.5/2.9型液压支架的液压系统进行了采用插装阀的改进设计,分析了其工作原理和性能。结论认为:采用插装阀的液压支架液压系统具有抗污染能力强、阀的寿命长、工作可靠性高、泄漏和压力损失小、系统效率高、便于设计、制造,维护、使用、通流能力强、能适应快速移架的需要,满足某些特殊工况的要求,具有推广应用价值。

Abstract:The improved design of adopting plug-in valve in hydraulic system of ZD4800/18.5/2.9 type hydraulic powered support are presented. The principle of working and function of machine are analyzed. The conclusion deem: the hydraulic systems of powered support of adopting plug-in valve have powerful capacity of resisting pollution. the long life of valve: high reliability of working,low leakage and pressure loss,high efficiency and simplified system, easy to design and manufacture, maintenance and apply, powerful capacity of flow. It can adapt the requirement of high-speed moving powered support, satisfy the requirement of some special working condition and other outstanding advantage. It is worth to popularize.
