高速电路电源/地层间阻抗参数计算与分析

摘    要:为了快速准确地计算高速电路地层与电源层之间的阻抗参数,基于边界积分方程提出了有效的计算方法.该方法充分利用了实际电源层/地层的结构特征,将三维电磁场问题转化为二维问题,减少了计算时间.由于在计算中不需要考虑整个 电源层/地层结构的格林函数,故该方法可以用于任意边界形状的电路板.基于提出的积分方程法,分析了介质相对电介质...

Abstract:This paper presents an efficient modeling technique for analyzing the characteristic impedance of high-speed circuit based on the integral equation method.The method is presented in consideration of the specific power/ground(PG) plane structure,and is able to accurately model the 3-D electromagnetic field problem in the substrate by using a 2-D model,which significantly decreases the computing time.The proposed method does not require to obtain the specific Green function of the power/ground planes,therefor...
