摘    要:采用静电纺丝法制备了丝素蛋白/硅酸钙复合纳米纤维.XRD和FT-IR分析表明,复合纤维材料中丝素的结构以SilkⅡ为主.复合纤维的直径为200~400 nm,孔隙率约为78%.水接触角实验结果显示,复合纤维的亲水性比纯丝索纤维有所提高.分别用模拟体液和Tris缓冲溶液浸泡实验研究了复合纳米纤维的体外生物活性和降解性,结...

Abstract:The silk fibroin(SF)/CaSiO3(CS) composite nanofiber was fabricated via electrospinning.XRD and FT-IR analysis showed that Silk II governed the structure of the SF/CS composite nanofiber.It has a diameter of 200-400 nm and porosity of about 78%.Water contact angle experiment indicated that it has better hydrophilicity than the pure SF nanofiber.The in vitro bioactivities and degradability of SF/CS nanofiber were investigated using experiments of soaking in simulated body fluid(SBF) and respectively Tris-buff...
