聚硅硫酸铝混凝性能及其影响因素分析

摘    要:分别配制了Si/Al为0.5、0.75、1.0、1.25、1.5的聚硅硫酸铝混凝剂样品,采用Al-Ferron络合比色法和烧杯混凝试验研究不同硅铝比的聚硅硫酸铝的混凝性能及盐基度、铝形态分布的影响。结果表明:PSAS的最佳配比为Si/Al=1.0,最佳投料量为20mg/L;盐基度越高,PSAS的混凝性能越好;混凝效果与Alb及Alc含量的变化趋势并不一致,不宜直接用Alb及Alc含量表征PSAS的混凝效果。

Abstract:Polysilicate aluminum sulfate with different Si/Al ratio had been synthesized.The effect of basicity and aluminium species(i.e.Ala,Alb and Alc) on coagulation properties is researched by using Al-Ferron timed complexation spectrophotometry and jar tests.The results show: the optimum ratio of Si/Al is 1 and the best dosage is 20mg/L;the higher the basicity is,the better coagulation effect is.In addition,it is found that there is not obvious line relation between the species distribution aluminium and the coa...
