火焰原子吸收光谱法测定大豆豆渣中微量金属含量的研究

摘    要:在最佳实验条件下,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定大豆豆渣中微量金属铜和锌的含量。实验结果表明,该方法标准曲线的线性关系好,加标回收率为92.0%~100.4%,相对标准偏差小于5%,说明该方法简便快速,准确度和精密度高。

Abstract:The Zinc and Copper content in soybean residues were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry under the optimum experiment condition.The results showed that the method takes on good linear relation.The recovery rate of Zn and Cu is in the range of 92.0%~100.4%,and the relative standard deviation is less than 5%.This method is simple,fast and accurate.
