摘    要:以常规聚酯切片为原料 ,选择纺丝 -拉伸 -热处理一步法的工艺路线 ,主要通过调节热辊的温度和速度制备沸水收缩率大于 5 0 %的 F DY涤纶长丝 ,详细讨论了纤维的热收缩机理及影响热收缩的工艺条件。对纤维超分子结构的测试表明 :所制备的高收缩 FDY涤纶长丝具有低结晶、高取向的特点

Abstract:Using conventional polyester chip as the raw material, the high shrinkage PET FDY was prepared by spinning drawing heat setting one step process. The adjustment of the temperature and velocity of heat rollers played an important role in the preparation of PET FDY with boiling water shrinkage higher than 50%. The shrinking mechanism and the process conditions in connection with hot shrinkage were discussed in detail. The experimental results showed that the obtained high shrinkage PET FDY had lower crystallinity and higher orientation.
