游乐设施的无损检测技术

摘    要:游乐设施是八大类特种设备之一,其种类繁多,结构各并。从零部件、金属机构、整机等不同角度对各类游乐设施的制造、安装和定期检验等方面的无损检测方法和要求进行了详细叙述,对所用的各种无损检测方法如目视、射线、超声、磁粉、渗透、涡流、漏磁和磁记忆检测及其应用特点进行了具体介绍。

Abstract:As one of the eight kinds of special equipment,amusement ride possesses various types and configurations.The nondestructive testing(NDT) methods and requirement during fabrication,installation and inspection were reviewed for various amusement devices in different aspects such as components and parts,metal frameworks,complete machine and so on.The NDT methods included visual testing(VT),radiographic testing(RT),ultrasonic testing(UT),magnetic particle testing(MT),penetrate testing(PT),eddy current testing(ET),leakage magnetic field testing and metal magnetic memory testing(MMMT).Their characteristics were introduced respectively,for each method.
