摘    要:昆江2水电站隧洞全长5212m,最大开挖直径4·6m,圆形断面,隧洞系统由主隧洞、调压井、竖井等结构物组成。主隧洞开挖使用汽腿钻造孔,扒碴机配合自卸汽车出碴;砼浇筑采用泵送及大型钢模台车、滑模等先进工艺施工,保证了质量,实现了砼的快速浇筑。

Abstract:With a total length of 5212m, circular profile and maximum excavation diameter of 4.6m, the diversion tunnel of No.2 Kunjiang Hydropower Station consists of tunnel, surge shaft and vertical shaft. Air leg drill was used for tunnel excavation. Deposit was transported with ballast harrow and dump truck. Advanced concreting technique was adopted such as pump grouting, large scale steel-form trolley and slip formwork, which guarantees the construction quality and renders rapid concreting.
