摘    要:在中温(35±1)℃条件下,以内循环厌氧反应器(IC)处理精对苯二甲酸(PTA)废水。试验结果表明,在不同的水力停留时间下,COD去除率都能保持在50%以上,TA去除率在43%~82%,且二者呈相关性变化。反应器污泥活性较高,未出现明显的TA降解停滞现象。沿反应器高度上,出现了TA首先被吸附未被降解,存在TA累积现象。水力停留时间对出水VFA影响较小,VFA的质量浓度能维持在117~396mg/L,远低于800mg/L。试验结果还显示了TA去除率与出水VFA呈负相关。颗粒污泥指标显示,污泥粒径有所减小,外形更紧密,VSS与SS的质量比变化较小,污泥活性仍然较高。运行结果证实了IC反应器具高效处理PTA废水的可行性。

Abstract:The treatment of purified terephthalic acid (PTA) wastewater was investigated using an internal circulation anaerobic(IC) reactor at mid-temperature(35 ± 1) ℃. The results of the test showed that, under different HRT, the removal rate of COD maintained above 50%, the removal rate of TA was 43% - 82%, and there was a related change between the two. The sludge activity appeared very high and no apparent TA stagnation of degrada- tion emerged in the reactor. Along the height of the reactor, TA was absorbed firstly instead of degradation, and the results confirmed the existence of TA cumulation phenomenon. HRT had little influence on effluent VFA, the mass concentration of VFA varied from 117 mg / L to 396 mg / L, much less than 800 mg / L. The test results also indicated that, TA removal rate and effluent VFA was negatively correlated. The granular sludge index showed that, the sludge got a smaller size but more compact shape, the change of m(VSS) / m(SS) was little and the activity of the sludge was still high. The operating results verified the feasibility of using IC reactor as an effective apparatus in PTA wastewater treatment.
