Abstract: | The APF Gold Medal Awards recognize distinguished and enduring records of accomplishment in three areas of psychology. Winners of this award receive a gold medallion, $2,000, and an all-expense-paid trip for two to the APA convention, where the awards are presented. The 1993 recipients are John C. Flanagan, Gold Medal Award for Life Achievement in the Application of Psychology; George W. Albee, Gold Medal Award for Life Contribution by a Psychologist in the Public Interest; and Eliot Stellar, Gold Medal Award for Life Achievement in Psychological Science.
