| 摘 要： | 以籼稻品种密阳４６的幼胚作为试验材料，研究了植物激素、蔗糖质量分数、琼脂质量分数、ｐＨ值以及继代培养等因素对愈伤组织分化的影响。结果表明，ＭＳ＋ＫＴ３ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＮＡＡ０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ是较为合适的分化培养基，蔗糖２％、琼脂１％、ｐＨ值６．０以及减少继代培养次数均有助于愈伤组织的分化。

| Abstract: | Using immature embryos of indica rice cultivar Miyang 46 as explants, to investigate factors influencing plant regeneration. The results showed that MS KT 3 mg/L NAA 0.5 mg/L was the optical differentiation medium and that the medium with 2% sucrose, 1% agar,pH6.0 and decreasing the times of subculture could significantly increase the regeneration frequency of rice callus. |
