旋压工艺力、扭矩和功率的实验分析研究

摘    要:分析影响旋压工艺变形力的主要因素 ,介绍了确定旋压工艺力的基本方法。利用自行设计的测试装置 ,准确地测出了旋压过程中 3个方向的分力Px、Py、Pz 大小 ,并由旋压的不同工艺参数得出了相应的力—行程图。对实验结果进行数据处理 ,分别归纳出了单工序、多工序及锥形旋压等情况下各分力的计算式、扭矩和功率的计算方法 ,经实践证明 :简单、适用、可靠

Abstract:Through analysing the main factor that affects spinning technology deform force, this passage introduces the basic method of spinning technology force.By using automatically designed test equipment,it accurately checked out three direction's, individual power (P x,P y,P z) during spinning process.Though spinning's different technology parameter ,it has the relative power-travel graph, data handling to the experimental result. It sums up the calculation formulas of the individual power and the calculation method of its torque and power.It has been proved to be simple appropriate, reliable by the practice.
