| 摘 要： | 介绍了国外五种紧密纺纱牵伸机构的特点,针对目前中国国情、采用国外技术改造设备费用相当高且日常运营成本较高的现状,详细分析了紧密牵伸压力抱合纺纱的机理,通过纺纱对比试验,指出紧密牵伸压力抱合纺可显著改善成纱CV值、粗节、细节,提高成纱强力,降低毛羽,是一项投入少、见效快、质量优、效益好,符合中国国情并且在我国具有自主知识产权和长远发展前景的创新项目(发明专利号:200620083354.8).

| Abstract: | Introduction is made to the features of the overseas five draft mechanisms for compact spinning.As to the high cost of modification of the domestic equipments with imported technology and daily service,detail introduction is made to the mechanism of compact draft spinning with pressure clutch.Comparison spinning comes to a conclusion that compact draft spinning with pressure clutch is a created China-oriented item(patented No.200620083354.8)with independent intellectual property rights and bright future,which is of less investment,high quality and good profit in marked improvement of CV value,slubs and snicks and increase of yarn strength and reduction of hairiness. |
