摘    要:本文提出了线阵扫描式激光成像雷达的组成方案,对激光发射、成像接收、分析处理等各个分系统的设计方法进行了详细探讨.以此为依据并且充分考虑了各种参数之间的相互关系,设计出一个原型系统.该系统采用32维APD线列器件,工作波长1.064μm,扫描机构为一维振镜.

Abstract:Several imaging techniques for the imaging laser radar are outlined.The composition of laser imaging radar for air detection with linear array Avalanche Photodiode (APD) and scanning mirror is introduced.The design principle of laser transmitter,receiver and signal processing components of laser radar is shown.A prototype system is designed,which has an operating wavelength of 1.064μm,a vibration mirror of 1D,and a linear array APD of 32 pixels.The relation between the parameters is also considered adequately.
