荧光渗透检测黑光灯有效辐照范围的校验方法

摘    要:在荧光渗透检测中,需要使用黑光灯观察缺陷迹痕显示。黑光灯的有效辐射照度直接影响渗透检测结果的准确性,测定其有效辐照范围对提高检测结果的可靠性有重要意义。给出的方法可满足日常黑光灯校验需求。

Abstract:Ultraviolet lamp is usually used to observe and assess the indications in liquid penetrant testing.Its radiation intensity affects the test result directly,so it is important to ascertain its effective work area for improving the reliability of test result.One simple and effective verifying method was put forward.
