摘    要:对多绳摩擦提升机钢丝绳张力不平衡进行预测和预警,既有利于保证生产安全,又能节约成本,合理安排生产计划。提出了新陈代谢GM(1,1)灰色模型和BP神经网络相结合的混合模型,对钢丝绳张力不平衡程度进行预测。试验结果证明了该模型的有效性,为钢丝绳张力不平衡预测研究提供参考依据。

Abstract:Prediction and precaution for tension imbalance of wire ropes in the multi-rope friction hoist not only ensures production safety,but also saves cost and reasonably arranges work plan.A hybrid model combining the advantages of metabolic GM(1,1) grey model and BP neural network is put forward which is used to predict for the tension imbalance degree of wire ropes.Exparimental results show the validity of the model and provides a reference for the prediction of tension imbalance of wire ropes.
