刀具强度及切削过程数值模拟研究

摘    要:刀具的整体结构、几何形状都会直接影响工件加工质量和刀具使用寿命。以车刀为研究对象,在有限元软件下模拟加载,得到了静态情况下刀具内部应力应变分布;通过模拟切削过程中材料分离,得到了刀具变化的应力分布情况。分析结果为加工过程中合理选择刀具,改善刀具内部受力状态等提供理论依据,也为研究其它刀具提供了技术实施途径。

Abstract:cutting tools structure and geometry direct impact workpiece manufacturing quality and their service life.Regards cutting tools as the research object and analogloading in FEM,it is proved that stress and strain distribution under static state.Through simulation chip separation in cutting process,obtained variation stress distribution.The results provide a basis for tool selection in machining,improvement load cases,and the approach of engineering achievement for other kind of tools.
