摘    要:在固定床反应器中,以甘油脱水制备α-羟基丙酮反应为研究对象,考察了CuO/SiO_2催化剂的制备条件以及反应条件对催化剂性能的影响。实验结果表明,催化剂的最佳制备条件为:CuO负载量(质量分数)为20%,在450℃下焙烧4h;采用该条件下制备的催化剂,在进料重时空速为1.4h~(-1)、反应温度为300℃、甘油溶液的质量分数为20%、反应时间6h的条件下,甘油的转化率达到99.28%,α-羟基丙酮的选择性为58.03%。通过XRD,NH_3-TPD,TG-DTA等手段对CuO/SiO_2催化剂进行了表征,表征结果显示,最佳制备条件下制得的CuO/SiO_2催化剂具有最优的表面酸性分布和最合适的表面微结构,从而在甘油脱水反应中表现出最佳的催化性能。

Abstract:Catalytic dehydration of glycerol to acetol over Cut/SiO_2 was studied in a fixed-bed reactor.Effects of the catalyst preparation conditions,including Cut loading and calcination temperature,and reaction conditions,namely reaction temperature,WHSV and glycerol solution mass fraction,on the dehydration were investigated.Glycerol conversion could reach 99.28% and selectivity to acetol was 58.03% under the optimal conditions:reaction temperature 300℃,WHSV 1.4h~(-1),glycerol solution mass fraction 20%,reaction time 6 h and Cut/SiO_2 with 20% loading calcined at 450℃ for 4 h as catalyst.The Cut/SiO_2 catalysts were characterized by means of XRD, NH_3-TPD and TG-DTA.The results showed that the surface acidity distribution and the surface micro- structure of the CuO/SiO_2 catalyst prepared under the above conditions was the most suitable to the catalytic dehydration.
