苎麻纱上浆工艺优化

摘    要:为研究苎麻纱浆纱工艺,优化上浆配方,对27.8 tex苎麻纱采用三种配方在G142C型浆纱机上进行了上浆实践.分别测试了三种方案的浆液粘度热稳定性、浆膜性能及浆纱质量,结果表明:以变性淀粉为主浆料,适量加入PVA-1799、PVA-205MB、聚丙烯酸类浆料,浆液粘度稳定,苎麻纱的耐磨性能、断裂强力明显提高,浆纱毛羽明显减少.

Abstract:To research the sizing processing of ramie yarn and optimize the sizing formula, sizing practice of 27.8 tex ramie yarn was done in G142C sizing machine with three kinds of formula. Thermal stability of size viscosity, size film property and sizing quality of the three plans were tested, the result shows that adding PVA-1799, PVA-205MB, polyaerylic acid size mixture in the main size mixture which is modified starch has stable size viscosity, abrasion resistance and breaking strength of ramie yarn are enhanced evidently, and the sizing hairiness is reduced too.
