摘    要:在学生管理中,常以学生的思想品德、学习、文体活动创新等成绩的加权和作为衡量学生综合素质的标准,但具体的分数难以准确地反映学生素质的真实情况。通过运用K-means算法对学生的综合测评成绩进行聚类分析,挖掘出学生与学生之间具有的共性,并以共性为标准对学生分类,使学生管理者对不同类别学生实施针对性教育管理。

Abstract:In student management,the weighted sums of students performances in ideological qualities,study,and recreational and sports activities innovation usually acts as a criteria to assess students comprehensive qualities.However,it is hard to accurately reflect the true qualities of students only depend on the specific scores.Uses clustering analysis of students’ comprehensive performance by K-means algorithm to mine general characters of students,and then classifies students into different categories based on general character.Thus,it is enable students’ managers to administer students in different categories with aimed management.
