Abstract: | As a core link for EPC general contract,procurement has an impact on not only the delivery and quality for the project,but also the cost and profit for the engineering company.Subcontract the expediting and inspection of non-core,can not only reduce the complexity,difficulty and administration cost for the procurement management,but also concentrate on the core businesses to serve the EPC general contract better.To establish the effective procurement outsourcing management system,actively cultivate outside expediting resources and expand the outsourcing of expediting are the key to realize the effective procurement outsourcing management. |
