Application of quality evaluation on chemical production

The Chemical products which are at the same grade present different status when they are used by the clients.The reason is that the actual quality-evaluating means only can distinguish the differentia between 59 and 60,and ignore the differentia of 60 to 100.This article search after some new evaluation indexes for the quality-evaluate means,which will not only reflect the quality level of products more sensitively and properly,but also make the enterprises find the problems at the first time and take ameliorative action to improve the products quality.The study indicate that under the condition of not adding the checkout workload through evaluating the existing data,we can find the quality fluctuation and the departure to the objective of the same-grade products which are produced at the different time by the use of new evaluation indexes.
