| 摘 要： | 焊接结构在生产过程中由于不均匀加热会产生焊接应力和变形,因此在施工中分析、预测变形的原因,找出规律,采取适当的措施控制焊接变形是十分重要的。文章介绍了控制预焙阳极铝电解槽槽壳焊接变形的有效方法,为电解槽槽壳焊接施工提供了成功的经验。

| Abstract: | In the production process,there may be welding stress and doformation in the welded structure due to uneven heating, Therefore,it is very important to analyse and predict the causes of deformations in constructions,as well as identify rules and take appropriate measures to control them. In this article,it is introduced the effective methods to control welding deformations of prebaked aluminium cell shell, which provide successful experiences for constructions of welding aluminum cell shell. |
