| 摘 要： | 当前，我国社会正步入老龄化阶段，养老地产的兴起将成为必然趋势。本文分析了我国养老地产的发展中存在的问题，进行了我国养老地产的开发设计策划。其指导企业一方面取得了项目开发的成功；另一方面，能够发挥企业社会责任，改变目前社会养老服务薄弱的现状。

| Abstract: | At present, our society is stepping into the aging stage, so the rise of endowment real estate wil become the ine-vitable trend. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of endowment real estate in our country, and pl-ans the development and design of endowment real estate in China. On the one hand, this can guide enterprise to get the su-ccess of project development;on the other hand, this can pro-mote the social responsibility of corporate to change the pre-sent weak situation of social endowment service. |
