| 摘 要： | 上海相续出台了关于住宅产业化、装配整体式的政策。发展装配式住宅（建筑）是推进新型建筑工业化的一个重要载体，是建筑业的工业化革命。本文就以上海某住宅项目为例，详细探讨了预制装配式住宅设计及施工，以供国内同类工程参考借鉴。

| Abstract: | Shanghai continued promulgated on residential in-dustrialization, the assembled integral type policy. The develo-pment of assembly type residential （building） is an important carrier of promoting new industrialization of construction;the construction industry is the industrial revolution. In this paper, a residential project in Shanghai is taken as an example, and the author discusses in detail the design and construction of prefabricated housing, for the domestic similar projects for re-ference. |
