| 摘 要： | 西安市的城中村改造工作正在如火如荼地进行中，本文以新型城中村为研究对象，将改造后的城中村社区分为三类，提出各类城中村社区的特点，分析新型城中村社区的现状和问题，为以后城中村设计提出理论性的构想。

| Abstract: | Reconstruction of urban vil age in Xi’an City is being carried out in ful swing, this paper takes new type of urban village as the research object, divides the vil age in city community after the transformation into three categories, puts forward the characteristics of al kinds of urban vil age com-munity, analyzes the current situation and problems of the new vil age community, puts forward the concept of the theory of vil age in city for the future design. |
