Discussion on the Problems of Construction Management of Building Engineering

The construction is a complicated system of engi-neering which involves many kinds of work. And it is also an important link in the development of the construction project, whose management wil directly affect the quality, schedule and cost of engineering. Based on this, this paper aiming at the problems of construction management of building engineering, has carried on the analysis from the three aspects of quality management, progress control and safety management.
