基于ANSYS的配料仓滤网有限元分析

摘    要:采用有限元分析方法,根据集料给料机配料仓滤网的结构和工作情况,建立了滤网的三维计算模型,运用ANSYS软件,对滤网的结构进行计算,具体包括滤网在载荷作用下所受的应力、产生的变形等,为优化滤网结构提供理论依据。根据计算结果提出了滤网结构设计改进方案,并对改进后的结构进行分析,分析结果表明,改进后的结构既节省材料又安全可靠。

Abstract:According to filter gauze in batch bin of batcher' s structure and its work situation, a 3 - D calculated model of filter gauze is established with finite element analysis. With ANSYS software the filter gause's structure including its stress, deformation under the load can be calculated. This offers theoretical evidence for optilniziug the filter gauze's structure. According to the calculation result, a suggestion is given on improving the filter gause~ structure. The improved structure is well analyzed in the paper too, it indicates that the improved structure is not only material conservation hut also safe reliability.
