摘    要:采用正交试验分析了冲头式挤压铸造工艺参数对ZA27合金力学性能指标的影响。结果表明:ZA27合金冲头式挤压铸造工艺参数影响的主次顺序为比压、铸型温度、浇注温度和保压时间。在适宜的工艺参数下ZA27合金力学性能可以达到:σb=440MPa,δ5=12%,HBS130

Abstract:The effect of experimental variables on the mechanical properties for ZA27 casting alloy during punching squeeze casting processing has been investigated on the basis of orthogonal experiment. The result shows the order of influential factors as:specific pressure, die temperature,pouring temperature and pressure holding time. At a proper valve of these factors,the mechanical property of the ZA27 alloy could reach b=440 MPa,s=12%,HBS130.
