| 摘 要： | 通过对国外计算机化维护管理系统(CMMS)实施不成功的原因分析，得出CMMS成功实施的要求，使企业可以从需要出发，进行CMMS选择，完善实施CMMS所需要件，制定CMMS实施计划，提高实施技能，并进行CMMS实施优化，提高企业维护管理水平。
