| 摘 要： | 首先运用索洛经济增长模型,对河北省1985-2004年间的GDP、全部职工工资总额、全社会从业人数、全社会固定资产投资等数据进行了回归分析,计算出这期间河北省各年的技术进步水平,然后再对河北省的FDI与技术进步水平进行回归分析,得出河北省FDI与技术进步水平之间存在着高度的相关关系,最后,针对外商直接投资对经济增长的促进作用提出了相应的政策建议.

| Abstract: | This paper makes an empirical research on the relationship between two variables:Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and the technique progress. Using Solow model and the date of Hebei during 1985-2004, we count out the technique level of each year. Through regress analysis, we conclude that FDI is clearly connected with technique pro-gresses. Finally,it proposes some possible solutions and strategies on the promoter action of FDI to economic growth. |
