| 摘 要： | 分析了浆内造纸施胶剂的两个发展趋势,研制出颗粒状中性松香造纸施胶剂.对特种表面活性剂的合成、乳化剂的复配、乳化、干燥、造粒和产品的组分筛选等进行了系统的研究.攻克了表面活性剂的选型与合成、复配工艺和产品组分及其质量比的筛选这两个关键性技术难点.在pH 6.5下施胶效果显著.施胶度表现出既有良好的现显性数值又有更高的滞后性数值.

| Abstract: | The article analysed two developing trends of sizing agent.DZ-1 neutral rosin particles was developed.To synthesize special surfactants,to compound with the surfactants,to dry,to granulate and to screen components of product and their mass proportion etc.were studied systematically.It is two technical difficult points to select construction for surfactant and technology determination of its synthesis to screen product's component and their mass ratio.At pH 6.5 sizing effect is marked.The different increasing numbers of sizing value both at time and after lagging were appeared. |
