摘    要:结合镁合金板材热拉深工艺的研究状况,根据镁合金常温下塑性差及拉深过程中板材的变形特点,提出新的镁合金板材液压梯温拉深成形工艺,指明新工艺能够提高极限拉深比的本质,并分析了新工艺的可行性。为进一步研究镁合金板料的塑性加工问题及研制合适的液压梯温拉深模具装置奠定技术基础。

Abstract:Combine with the research status of deep drawing process for magnesium alloy sheets, and according to the poor plasticity of Magnesium alloy at room temperature and the deformation characteristics of the sheets in pulling process, a new forming process of hydro-mechanical deep drawing for Magnesium alloy sheets at gradient temperature was put forward. And then this paper pointed out that the new process can improve the limited drawing ratio and analyzed the feasibility of the new process, This new process lays the technology foundation for the further study on plastic forming of Magnesium alloy sheets and the pulling mold design at gradient temperature.
