摘    要:用活性染料和低甲醛整理剂EFR-3对苎麻织物进行了染色和免烫整理同浴实验,以回复角和K/S值作为评价标准,通过比较两种同浴工艺和传统工艺的染色和防皱效果,优选出一浴两步法工艺。在此基础上,对所选工艺的催化条件、树脂用量和染料类型等因素时织物各项性能的影响进行分析,结果表明,采用活性染料与EFR-3同浴处理的加工工艺可在Lewis酸的催化下进行,催化条件需严格控制,树脂用量不宜超过80g/L,最好选用K型活性染料。

Abstract:The paper discusses the process of co-bath finish for ramie fabric with low formal dehyde finishing agent EFRT3 and reactive dyes. Through the study of process parameters, such as two new methods, catalyzing condition, content of finishing agent and variety of reactive dyes, the results shows that the new process is feasible, and catalyzing condition is controlled strictly, and content of agent should be kept at less than 80 g/L, and.the best. dye used in this method is K type dye.
