摘    要:基于对天波超视距雷达(OTHR)的两大作战能力的7类18种具体战、技性能指标的定性分析,采用层次分析法建立了一种具体的四级层次结构的作战能力定量评估模型,具体讨论了各级指数的定量计算方法;并利用两种典型的OTHR系统的具体参数以及部署使用时的多种外界限制条件,对模型的有效性进行了检验.结果表明,运用该方法对天波超视距雷达进行作战效能评估是有效可行的.

Abstract:On the basis of the qualitative analysis of seven kinds of eighteen concretely tactical and technical capability indexes of the two operational capabilities of the OTHR, a sort of concrete model of operational capability quantitative evaluation with four levels of hiberarchy was established by means of the analytical hierarchy process (AHP), and the quantitative calculation method of all level indexes was discussed concretely. The effectiveness of the model was verified in terms of the specific parameters of two kinds of typical OTHR systems and multiple exterior boundary conditions for deployment. The result shows that the evaluation scheme of OTHR operational effectiveness is of feasibility.
