摘 要: | 在最新的一种亚像素边缘提取算法基础上,建立了基于亚像素计算处理的布氏硬度图像压痕测量算法,对布氏硬度图像压痕直径进行了精确测量。测量结果表明,本算法精度比通常的像素法高,对于各种硬度标尺,都能够达到布氏硬度测量国家标准的要求。

Abstract: | A new measuring algorithm is proposed based on the latest sub-pixel digital image processing technology to accurately measure the diameter of Brinell Hardness Test images.The experimental results show that the algorithm used in this system is more accurate than pixel-level measuring algorithm,and this algorithm can fully meet the accuracy requirement of National Standards in practical hardness measurement for all scale of Brinell Hardness. |
