涡轮转子超速试验挠性悬挂系统动态特性研究

摘    要:立式旋转试验机均采用挠性轴来悬挂转子,对这一挠性系统动力学特性的认识直接关系到转子转接工装设计和超速试验成功与否。本文建立了系统动力学模型,用解析的方法对其动力学特性进行了深入分析,给出了两阶临界转速和稳态响应的计算公式,从而为分析试验过程中的振动问题提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Flexible suspension is adopted in vertical rotor testing system.Investigation on the dynamic characters of the system is important to the test and rotor adapter design.A dynamic model is established in this paper,and the mathematical characters are analyzed.The formulas for two critical speeds and stable response are derived,and the base for analyzing vibration problems during the test is established.
