聚氯乙烯塑料中阻燃增塑剂的无损测定

摘    要:利用傅立叶变换红外光谱-ATR技术测定样品的红外光谱,采用偏最小二乘法对所测红外光谱进行分析,建立了一种无损快速分析方法,定量测定了聚氯乙烯塑料样品中阻燃增塑剂—磷酸三甲苯酯的含量。该方法测量精密度的变异系数小于6%,测量准确度的变异系数小于5%,最低可检量为1.2mg/g。该方法不受基体的干扰,结果可靠;简单快速,适合于流水线的质量控制。

Abstract:A non-destructive and rapid determination method was established for the quantitative determination of tritolyl phosphate fire-retardant plasticizer in PVC sample,which adopted FTIR to determine the IR spectrum of sample followed by partial least square method to analyze the obtained IR spectrum.The coefficient of variation of precision was less than 6%,the cofficient of variation of accuracy was less than 5% and the lowest detectable concentration was 1.2 mg/g.This method was free of the interference from the matrix,so that it was reliable,simple,rapid,and suitable for the quality control of line production.
