立式园柱形金属油罐的设计

文章分析了现行立式园柱形金属油罐结构上的缺陷，提出了一种由双重罐底及附属结构构成二次密闭系统，具有新型结构的立式钢油罐。介绍了该结构的主要特点；可有效地缓解油罐底板的腐蚀，使油罐使用的安全可靠性和油罐的整体寿命得到较大的提高；可方便地配置检测系统，利用简单的设备、设施就可以一次性地检查出所有的渗漏点；还可保证万一罐底出现渗漏时，油料不直接渗入基础，而是被密封在指定的结构中，以实现对渗漏油料的全部回收。文章还对该结构进行了力学分析和数学建模、编程。计算机运行结果表明：该结构可与现行设计定型的立式油罐系列配套，既适用于对旧油罐的翻新改造，也可用于新建油罐。

Design of Vertical Cylindrical Wetallic Oil Tank

After analysing the defectS Of the structure of vertical cylindrical metallic tank in operation,this article puts forward a new steel structural vertical oil tank which has double bob bottoms and double hermetic system.The main characteristics of this structure are as follows:it can effectly ease up corrosion in the bottom Plate of tank and raied safe reliability and service life;it is easy to dispose detecting system so that all leaks can be detected with simple equipments only once;it can also recovery all leaky oil when leak occurs in the bottom,because oil was sealed up in a specified structure and can not Permeat tank fundation.We have done mechanical analysis,built mathematical model and Programm for it. Computer operation results show that this structure can form a complete set with a set of vertical banks now available and it can be applied to both renovating old tank and building new tank.
