摘    要:平均风向数据的计算是风电场风能资源评估的重要工作内容之一。在目前的工程实践中,平均风向数据的计算方法通常为算术平均法和首风向代表法,这2种方法在风向变化跨越0或风向变化频繁时,可能出现选取的代表风向代表性较差甚至错误的情况。矢量平均法适合处理含有方向的数据,可以有效避免首风向代表法和算术平均法存在的问题,因此将矢量平均法引入到风资源平均风向计算中,并加入数据筛选,剔除偏离主风向较远的个别数据,形成了优化矢量平均法。计算结果证明,优化矢量平均法在已有的各种平均风向数据计算方法中具有较好的精度,并可通过Excel编程实现。

Abstract:It is one of the most important work contents to assess wind energy resource of wind farm.In present engineering practice,the arithmetic average method and the first wind direction representative method are common used method to calculate the data of average wind direction,however when the wind direction varies frequently or the wind direction crosses over the direction of 0?,the two methods may cause the condition that the representativeness of the chosen representative wind direction is weak or even improper.Vector average method is suitable to deal with directive data and can effectively avoid the problems existing in arithmetic average method and the first wind direction representative method,thus the vector average method is introduced into the calculation of average wind direction of wind energy resources,and then by means of adding data sieving into vector average method and rejecting individual data that obviously deviates the main wind direction,an optimized vector average method is formed.Calculation results show that comparing with existing methods of calculating average wind direction,the proposed optimized vector average method can offer more accurate results,and it can be implemented by Excel programming.
