镁-锂-铝合金稀土-植酸转化膜的研究

摘    要:对镁-锂-铝合金表面进行了双层膜研究,即:先按照最佳稀土转化膜工艺形成一层稀土转化膜,再将稀土转化膜浸入植酸溶液中形成稀土-植酸转化膜。研究了植酸的体积分数、浸泡时间及浸泡温度对镁-锂-铝合金稀土-植酸转化膜性能的影响。

Abstract:Double layer coating on Mg-Li-Al alloy was studied as follows:A rare earth conversion coating was formed at first in optimal conditions,and then the rare earth conversion coating was submerged in phytic acid solution to form RE-phytic acid conversion coating.The effects of phytic acid concentration,immersion time and soaking temperature on RE-phytic acid conversion coating of the Mg-Li-Al alloy were investigated.
