微波辐射合成氢醌单苄醚的研究

摘    要:在微波辐射下,以对苯二酚、氢氧化钠和氯化苄为原料,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂合成了氢醌单苄醚。采用单因素实验法,考察了反应物的摩尔比、微波辐射功率和辐射时间等对氢醌单苄醚收率的影响。实验结果表明,当n(氯化苄)∶n(对苯二酚)∶n(氢氧化钠)=1∶1.4∶1.4,DMF 15 mL,微波辐射功率为320 W,辐射时间为60 s时,氢醌单苄醚的收率为63.79%。

Abstract:Using hydroquinone and benzyl chloride as raw materials,N,N-dimethyl formamide(DMF) as solvent,hydroquinone monobenzyl ether was synthesized by microwave radiation.By a single factor test,effects of reactants ratio,microwave power and irradiation time etc.on yield were studied.Optimal reaction conditions were that:n(benzyl chloride)∶n(hydroquinone)∶n(sodium hydroxide)=1∶1.4∶1.4,DMF was 15 mL,microwave power was 320 W and irradiation time was 60 s,yield of hydroquinone monobenzyl ether reached 63.79%.
