| 摘 要： | 隐喻是英美文学作品使用频率最高、最有表现力的修辞手法。借助认知心理学和汉语修辞学等相关知识来研究隐喻在不同文体中的使用形式、特点和作用，对正确理解隐喻性语言从而提高英语阅读与鉴赏水平大有裨益。

| Abstract: | Metaphor is the most impassioned figures of speech that is used most frequently in English and American literature. With the help of cognitive psychology and Chinese rhetoric, researching the metaphor's form, feature and role in different styles is good to understand correctly metaphor languageand raise the level of English reading and appreciation. |
