摘    要:测量瞬态高温时,由于传感器自身的热惯性,测量结果与真实结果之间存在很大的动态误差。动态补偿对于改善测温系统动态特性,减小动态误差有重要意义。该文首先熟悉现有的瞬态表面温度传感器动态校准系统;然后,利用系统所测得输人输出数据,采用系统辨识方法建立了测温系统的动态数学模型,并利用交叉检验法验证该模型的正确性;最后,利用反滤波动态补偿方法实现对瞬态表面温度传感器测温系统的动态补偿。经检验该方法可以达到理想的补偿效果,减小了动态误差,改善了系统的动态特性。

The Research on Dynamic Calibration and Compensation of Transient Surface Temperature Sensor
Abstract:There are great dynamic errors between the measured results and the real signal for the thermal inertia of the transducer in transient high temperature measurement. So dynamic compensation is important for improving the dynamic property and decreasing the dynamic error of the temperature measuring system. Firstly, the dynamic calibration system is acquainted. Then, the model of this kind of temperature measuring system is constructed with the system identification method on the base of the dynamic calibration I/0 data of transient surface temperature sensor and the validity of this method is also testified by the cross-validation method. Lastly, the inverse filtering method is used to compensate the testing system. The compensation result is perfect and it can improve the dynamic property and decrease the dynamic error of the temperature measuring system.
