夏热冬冷地区教学楼主动式节能设计初探

摘    要:夏热冬冷地区的教学楼建筑由于区域特征,大部分没有安装空调、采暖设备,原有的节能设计也是一种被动式的计算模式.随着经济的发展,节能型教学楼成为设计主导方向.将节能设计融入建筑设计中,把被动式节能设计变为主动式设计,是推动建筑节能发展的重要手段.根据方案设计的过程,主动式节能设计可以相应的分为前期、中期和后期3个阶段.
